| WHAT IS COVERED |
- Bedroom Central.com warrants our products to be free
from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the
mattress.

| WHAT IS NOT COVERED |
- Bedroom Central.com will not warrant conditions
arising from normal wear and tear. These include but are not limited to
compression of the pillow top, pillow top foam or any discoloration of the
components of the mattress.
- Bedroom Central.com will not warrant conditions
arising from misuse, abuse or tampering with any component of the mattress.
*Note: Warranty is void if air inflator or remote are disassembled by
consumer.
- Bedroom Central.com will not warrant conditions
arising from any attempt to launder or dry clean any component or the
mattress.
- Bedroom Central.com will not warrant conditions
arising from any act of god including but not limited to lightning. *Note:
It is recommended to plug in all electronic devices to a surge protector.

| CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Contact Bedroom Central.com before taking any action
to discuss possible solutions or to troubleshoot.
- When authorization is given, send back product in a
clean, sanitary condition along with proof of purchase and return
authorization number.

| WHAT WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY |
- Bedroom Central.com reserves the right to void the warranty if the returned product is unclean or unsanitary.
- Bedroom Central.com reserves the right to void the warranty if the returned product has been tampered with.
- Bedroom Central.com reserves the right to void the warranty if a copy of the original proof of purchase is not sent back with the product.

| LIMITATIONS |
- This limited warranty is not transferable to a second party.
- This warranty does not apply to tears, punctures, or
damage caused by improper use, negligence, excessive strain, improper
installation, accidents, acts of nature, or failures caused by extreme
temperatures.
- Repair or replacement of a component within first
three years does in no way extend the full replacement portion of the
warranty.
